Musing Mondays: Books I've Read

Musings Mondays is a weekly meme hosted by Jenn at A Daily Rhythm. In your post you have to answer one of the following prompts as well as the random question of the week:

I am currently reading...
Up next I think I'll read…
I bought the following book(s) in the past week...
I'm super excited to tell you about (book/author/bookish-news)…
I'm really upset by (book/author/bookish-news)…
I can't wait to get a copy of…
I wish I could read ____, but…
I blogged about ____ this past week….

THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: What do you do with your books once you’ve read them?

I blogged about my experience with the book "Rebel of the Sands" by Alwyn Hamilton. I really loved this book so much. Every fantasy fan should read it ASAP.

When I finish reading a certain book I think about whether I'll read it again or not. If the answer is no, I book swap it or give it to my local library. I don't have enough space for my books in order to keep every single one.

Musing Mondays: Best season for reading

Musings Mondays is a weekly meme hosted by Jenn at A Daily Rhythm. In your post you have to answer one of the following prompts as well as the random question of the week:

I am currently reading...
Up next I think I'll read…
I bought the following book(s) in the past week...
I'm super excited to tell you about (book/author/bookish-news)…
I'm really upset by (book/author/bookish-news)…
I can't wait to get a copy of…
I wish I could read ____, but…
I blogged about ____ this past week….

THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: Of course, IMHO, any  time is a great time to read — but, if you were forced to choose the best season for reading (in your own opinion), what would it be? Why?

I have a huge TBR for this month and out of all of the books I chose "Don't Tell Mummy: A True Story of the Ultimate Betrayal" by Toni Maguire as my next read. It's not a very Christmassy book, but I really want to read it.

I don't have a favorite season for reading, but I think the perfect season for reading would have to be winter. As for why, I think that all of us can agree on one thing - cold weather is the best for staying at home with book in one hand and hot drink in the other. Having more free days to read (we all love Xmas vacations) is also a huge plus.

Musings Mondays: Spend the rest of my life in a library

Musings Mondays is a weekly meme hosted by Jenn at A Daily Rhythm. In your post you have to answer one of the following prompts as well as the random question of the week:

I bought the following book(s) in the past week...

I'm really upset by (book/author/bookish-news)…
I can't wait to get a copy of…
I wish I could read ____, but…
I blogged about ____ this past week….

THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: If you were forced to spend the rest of your life in a library, a museum, or a zoo, which would you choose — and why?

I am currently reading "Middlemarch" by George Eliot and it seems that I'll be reading it forever...it's really slow...

As for the random question...
Because books are love!!!

Musings Mondays: Favorite book

Musings Mondays is a weekly meme hosted by Jenn at A Daily Rhythm. In your post you have to answer one of the following prompts as well as the random question of the week:

I am currently reading...
Up next I think I'll read…
I bought the following book(s) in the past week...
I'm super excited to tell you about (book/author/bookish-news)…
I'm really upset by (book/author/bookish-news)…
I can't wait to get a copy of…
I wish I could read ____, but…
I blogged about ____ this past week….

THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: What is your favorite book? (or, one of your favorites!)

I am currently reading "Beastly" by Alex Flinn and up next I think I'll read "Middlemarch" by George Eliot (this book is huge).

As for the random question, I have a lot of favorite books, so it's really hard to choose only one of them...My latest favorites are all of the books I've read from "The Demon Cycle" series by Peter V. Brett. The books fall into the Epic Fantasy genre, so if you love those you should definitely give this series a try. The world-building is great, the characters are all very well developed - especially some of the main characters, because each book reveals the story of one of them. That's not the best overview of these books in the world, but believe me - they are awesome!!!

Musing Mondays: Library book sales

Musings Mondays is a weekly meme hosted by Jenn at A Daily Rhythm. In your post you have to answer one of the following prompts as well as the random question of the week:

I am currently reading...
Up next I think I'll read…
I bought the following book(s) in the past week...
I'm super excited to tell you about (book/author/bookish-news)…
I'm really upset by (book/author/bookish-news)…
I can't wait to get a copy of…
I wish I could read ____, but…
I blogged about ____ this past week….

THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: Does your local library ever have book sales? What are the prices like? Tell us about any great finds you have found there!

I am currently reading "The Girl You Left Behind" by Jojo Moyes and up next I think I'll read "In the Dark of the Night" by John Saul and both of this books are from my TBR jar challenge for this month.

As for the random question, I'm sad to say that there are no sales in my local library. I wish there were, cause they have some really good books there and some of them are not even read very often, which means they can get rid off them...They were actually having a free books' stand the other they but there was nothing interesting, at least for me. Nevertheless, this is a really good initiative :)

Musing Mondays: Read while in motion

Musings Mondays is a weekly meme hosted by Jenn at A Daily Rhythm. In your post you have to answer one of the following prompts as well as the random question of the week:

I am currently reading...
Up next I think I'll read…
I bought the following book(s) in the past week...
I'm super excited to tell you about (book/author/bookish-news)…
I'm really upset by (book/author/bookish-news)…
I can't wait to get a copy of…
I wish I could read ____, but…
I blogged about ____ this past week….

THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: Are you able to read while in a vehicle (in motion)? Have you always been this way?

So, up next I I'll read either "Pilgrim" by Timothy Findley or "Crescendo" by Becca Fitzpatrick, because it's good to return them to the library before the end of the month.

As for the random question, it really depends. For example, I don't have problem reading in a bus but I really hate reading in the car because our roads here in Bulgaria suck and the rides tend to be really shaky. If the roads were better (like in Vienna for example) I would have read in the car a lot.
I don't remember if I have always been like that, but that's the way I am now...

Musing Mondays: Books for your vacation

Musings Mondays is a weekly meme hosted by Jenn at A Daily Rhythm. In your post you have to answer one of the following prompts as well as the random question of the week:

I am currently reading...
Up next I think I'll read…
I bought the following book(s) in the past week...

I'm really upset by (book/author/bookish-news)…
I can't wait to get a copy of…
I wish I could read ____, but…
I blogged about ____ this past week….

THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: What book (or books) would you take with you on vacation? Why?

So, up next I think I'll read "Daughter of Heaven" by Nigel Cawthorne, which is my jar challenge for this month. I've had this book for ages and it's about time to give it a chance.

As for the random question, when on vacation I tend to bring with me the book I'm currently reading (which in this case is "Neverwhere" by Neil Gaiman) as well as some light books to read in case I finish it.
