Top 5 Wednesday: Audiobooks Edition (Blogmas Day 2)

Top 5 Wednesdays was created by gingerreadsLainey and there is a Goodreads group where you can find a list of participants as well as Top 5 Wednesday topics.

This week's topic is "Favorite Audiobooks", but I've listened to only 4 and they are all from "A Series of Unfortunate Events". But I have a lot of audiobooks waiting for me, so I'm going to share with you my top 5 audiobooks, that I'm looking forward to listening.

“A Series of Unfortunate Events” by Lemony Snicket
I really want to finish this series. The problem I have with the audiobooks is that the books are read by Lemony Snicket and I prefered Tim Curry as a narrator. I mean, he was the perfect Count Olaf...

“World War Z” by Max Brooks
The book is humongous, so I prefer listening to it.

“Fight Club” by Chuck Palahniuk
I've heard great things about this book and I already have it in audio format, so I might as well listen to it.

“The Martian” by Andy Weir
Again, I've heard amazing things about this book, as well as the movie. It's not my typical read, so I think that I'll prefer listening to the audiobook, instead of reading the physical copy.

“The Left Hand of Darkness” by Ursula K. Le Guin
I would have enjoyed it more in physical format, but they never have it in my local library...so audiobook it is!

These are my top 5 audiobooks, that I need to listen to ASAP. If you were me, what would you start with? If you've listened to any of these audiobooks, please share your opinion about them. Links to your Top 5 Wednesday blog posts are also appreciated :)

  1. I loved the Martian and I can't wait to hear how it is in audio book format and if some of the math and science stuff would be more understandable.
